My GGG-Grandfather was Richard Earl Howard (their son), m. Elizabeth Brown Pettit. They came to Collin County (Bloomdale) in 1858. I have noticed several Howard's from Farmersville on the Civil War Muster Rolls for Collin County, and wondered if there is a connection. Thanks! Paulette
