State of Texas, not OK v. TX <grin> The question of where it belonged went back to whether the North Fork of the Red River or the main stream of the Red River went to the headwaters. Also, many Texans from other areas migrated to Greer County OT before OK statehood, as did both my grandparental families. I used to say that was almost a Texan until someone informed me that one cannot be almost a Texan, its all or none! In any case, Thanks for the post; its good information.
