Regarding copyright rules: If that's the case, then someone needs to tell all of us who are listed as people who will do volunteer lookups for many, many books on many, many websites, are deep into copyright infringement. :) I wouldn't think that the information regarding one particular family's gravesites would be hurting anyone's proceeds from a book. I do it for many people who are authors of many genealogy books. Isn't the information included in that book public record if it's the graves and the information of OUR relatives. No one came and asked ME if it was ok to list that information in a book to begin with. You can't take public records, list them in a book, then call that information "extracted" when someone lists it. I've only seen people listing information that came from a tombstone, correct?
