I appreciate your reply. I understand citing copyright information...my problem (if you will) is that is seems no matter what anyone wants out of Collin County, Texas the information seems to be under the control of a copyright. I have visited several cemeteries within Collin County, Texas. I have noted burial information from these cemeteries and have photographed many of the grave sites. Also, I have searched marriage, death and probate records at the McKinney Courthouse and have noted or made copies of the "public" information. My research within these areas does not give me or anyone else control of public information.
