I am sorry that I did not cite the Collin County, Texas, Cemetery Inscriptions when I answered a couple of people who wrote to me asking about people buried in the Murchison Cemetery. The book is still in print and may be purchased from : Minnie Pitts Champ mchamp@airmail.net. I did give a full citation in the first email that I sent about the Cemetery Clean-up although I did not know if the book was still available or where to get it. I might add that everyone in Collin County that we have talked to has been very helpful and encouraging. We would appreciate any help - physical, monetary or in spreading the word! There is a lot of work to be done. Cleaning first. My husband and his brother have already been up twice to work and we are expecting a good group on Saturday, March 18. Since the cemetery is so old and we have never lived in Farmersville, we've taken this avenue to let people know that might have folks in those cemeteries and would be willing to help!
