It is a tall, thin marker. There was a bush growing on the grave the last time we were there. Good luck. Hi! I forgot to tell you we found the Crowder marker at Fitzhugh Cemetery. However, it had fallen over so it was hard to find. It's not broken--just in 3 separate pieces. It needs to be restacked and "glued" together. I think the tree may have been part of the problem--the roots may have pushed it over. We were able to get the section with the writing "uprighted" so the writing wasn't on the ground on one side. That would have caused it to deteriorate. But it was too heavy for us to get restacked--that is going to take several men. Sometime we are having a family get together (when it's not so hot) we will try to get it fixed again.
