If you have ever looked at the 1880, 1900, and 1910 census records for Collin co TX you have noticed what appears to be many different Watson families.  I am trying to help friends sort out their lineage and we need help?   We know that James E Watson with a wife Stena / Steena Peterson is on the 1900 census in Precinct 6 with their young family before moving to OK Kiowa co by 1910.  James also went by "J.E." part of the time.  My friends are decendents of James E and his second wife May Evans Steinberg Watson.   James consistently gives 1871-1872 in GA as his birth information.  There are only two other households on the 1900 with GA birth places.  They are Andrew Watson b Apr 1847 GA and wife Missouri C. b GA with children b in TX.  Missouri has given birth to many more children than are represented by the 3 at home.  William G. Watson b Oct 1872 with wife Ammie and 2 young children are also listed in Precinct 1.   The entry on the 1880 Collin co census for Jack Watson is the age of 33 or ca 1847 GA with a wife Missouri b GA. the same as the wife of Andrew on the 1900 entry.  The youngest child is Perry b 1879 TX and Perry J is listed as the oldest child b 1878 in TX on the 1900 entry for Andrew.   Since Andrew Jackson is a somewhat common name combination I am currently assuming that Andrew on the 1900 and Jack on the 1880 are the same person.  BUT are Eddie b 1872 GA and James E. b 1871 GA the same person????   Also is Gideon b 1873 GA and William G. b Oct 1872 GA the same person.   I did not find Andrew Jackson or William G on the 1910 census.   Any and all help is appreciated.  Thanks   Louise
