Dr. Abner Lawler Webb (1844-1926) medical degree from Vanderbilt, born in Luray, Henderson County Tennessee, migrated to Collin County near Blue Ridge about 1880, later removed to Oklahoma where he died in Pottawatomie CO, OK. He had a medical practice in Collin County during his time there. I don't have any record of a Burns connection, however.
