I found lots of articles in the Dallas Morning News about textile mills in McKinney, including this one about repairs to a mill after tornado damage. It's a front page article about "a" mill in McKinney and it included a picture (not a photo) of the mill, but the picture didn't download. However, you might find this paper on microfilm at a library and get a copy if you think it's the one you're interested in. Dallas Morning News June 26, 1949
