Sarah Childress was still listed on the 1860, Jackson Co., Ala. with her parents Joel and Nancy Childress. That is the last I have on her. Caldonia was listed in 1870 in Franklin Co., Ark. living in the household of brother Joseph, Joseph was not married then, other sisters living there also were Laura Childress Burgess, husband died during the war, also Nancy, and Virginia. Nancy married Wesley Evans Jones, Virginia married John D. Scott. Joseph married Nancy J. Glenn in Collin Co., 1875.On the 1880 Collin Co., Texas census, Nancy and family were living near, also a sister Mary who had married James P. Shook. Nancy died in Hopkins Co., Texas in 1826.
