Minnie: I just had my bank send payment to start my membership in NCCGS. Thought I would join. I am going to the library tommorrow and am taking CCVolII to show Marjorie Bays. Also, taking one of the brochure's, for your books. She had asked me to bring a brochure, so that the library could purchase a copy of CC Vol II. Oh...and guess what?!?! I signed up for a workshop (Mesquite Genealogy Society is offering in April) and guess who is the speaker??? Paula Parke. She is giving a day workshop on Genealogy and the Internet. I am taking it so that I can meet her. I would like to ask her why she doesn't update the Collin County site on RootsWeb, and why she will not answer her email...but I won't. I promise to be nice!
