I did find a death certificate for Lee Josiah Foster - it is attached. You wrote that the Lee J Foster you were looking for died in Collin County in 1895. The Lee J Foster I found was BORN in 1895. It clearly shows his parents. Take a look. I do have access to many Foster obits, including Lee Josiah Foster. If you decide this is the Lee you are looking for, email me and I will get you the obituary. If you can get me more details, I will search birth/death/marriage/probate records.
