Hi everyone: About a year ago, I found the names of two ladies in Euless, TX who offered copies of a statewide death index for all people with a single surname in years 1903-1940. The prices are very reasonable $5, or for more common surnames $7 (up to 15 pages). For very common surnames the cost goes up a little. I believe after 1940 indices are also available, but the cost is considerably more.
