Perhaps a McKinney newspaper? I Believe he died in Collin County in one of the years 1884-1887. I found him in the 1880 Collin county census in Precinct 8 (think that is the Blue Ridge area). He was a farmer. Also listed was his wife Margaret, and his children. Margaret, is listed in the Sherman (Grayson County) 1887 City Directory as "widow of Andrew", and his child was born in Sherman in 1885. Therefore, he must have died in years 1884-1887. I believe the family was living in Collin County when he died, and they moved to Sherman to try to make a living, and to continue with their lives. Later, they moved to Dallas County. Thanks for any help you can offer. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
