She is buried in Shawnee OK. She was first married to Presley W. Harrison. They had 1 child in 1869. Census records have spelled her name a variety of ways and she was well known for trying to conceal her true age. Her second marriage was to Thomas Powers. Tom is buried in Hamilton County TX. I don't know if Presley Harrison died, or what. Permalia always told her grandchildren (my aunts & uncles) that Presley deserted her. I've never been able to explain why she and her second husband named a child after her first husband. Her father is Anderson L. Davidson. I know nothing about him. Her mother is Margaret Stutts who comes from Lauderdale Co MS and Moore Co NC. The Stutts were quite a large family.
