Hi Diane, Well I think you may be right about the Steward connection. And we may be related by marriage. I have a cousin Noble Smith in Austin TX who is the son of Roy Smith and Amanda "Meade" Steward. But he wasn't sure if he had remember right. He had no idea what his grandparents, on the Steward side, names were and his house had burned in 1992 losing all his mother's carefully boxed memories and papers. He did however give me some photos that he found. Hope to get these on the Coleman Co site soon so the mystery people can be identified. And as you will have seen Fred Patton has some Johnson's in his family. I will contact both my mother and my (our) cousin Noble and see what they can remember. Dawn
