Yes some were very hurtful. However, I have too much of my father's genes in me to give up that easily. I didn't mean to imply in any way that I will no longer be the CC for Cass County, TXGenWeb or that I intend to give up the TXCASS-L; TXCASS-CCGS-L; or TXCASS-CIG-L email lists. I'm here for the long haul so don't anyone celebrate too quickly :) My solution to the problem with the surname list has been in the process for some time. In fact when we changed over to the GenConnect system and it having a built in surname list I considered it then. However, the one I offered had more depth and I had more control over it. But, with the control came responsibility I'm no longer willing to take. Sorry for the confusion. Dana
