Amy, Davis Co TX and Cass Co TX are the same county. Cass had a name change that lasted at least long enough to have the 1870 census taken. The 1870 is also the census that began giving the month of birth and the month of marriage IF it occurred within the census year - 1 June 1869 - 31 May 1870 - and IF the enumerator remembered to write it down.
