However is parents were Ninian E. Barnes & Alcy ? Jasper had brothers John, Frank, Daniel and Oscar and half siblings Mary and Richard. I show the youngest child Richard as being born in Cherokee County, KS...thats getting closer to TX. several others in the family resided in OK for a time. Ring any bells?
