I was researching my own surnames when I came across this information in the 1880 Morris County Census LOVELADY, Jeff - (Head)W M 33 Engineer b. AL Parents b. AL Martha (wife)W F 24 b. AR " AR William (son) 8 Laura (dau) 7 Floretta (dau) 5 Jefferson (son) 3 John (son) 1 mo. All the children were born in Texas.
