The USGS Geographic Names link says Lone Star, but that is not in Cass, but probably one of the closest towns. Actually it is supposed to be right by the county line. HARRIS CHAPEL Located S. of Hughes Springs on FM Road 161 between State Highway 11 and 155. Very close to Morris County line. Capt. Maynard G. Harris, who settled here in 1846 gave the six acre plot on which to build a church. The cemetery was started in memory of his daughter. Peyton in Cass and Morris Counties in TX. Joe was b. abt. 1887. Annie was b. 24 Sept 1889, d. 11 March 1982 in Dallas County. Their daughter was Dorothy May Haley, b. abt. 1920, m. John Allen Glover Sr. Does anyone know who Joe and Annie's parents were? Any help would be appreciated very much.

John Francis Glover, b. ca 1885, m. Sue Bess Allen, b. 3 Nov 1888, d. 25 Dec 1968. The Glovers lived in Morris County and Sue Bess, the daughter of Rhett Allen and Josie Unknown, was from Cass County, maybe aroung Hughes Springs. Any information would be a help.
