    2. Elynn Boss
    3. I hope that some good samaritan can help me out. I just found out that my mother-in-laws cousin, Melvin Wayne CAPPS died on December 9, and was buried in Oakridge Cemetery on December 11. We have no idea in what newspaper the obituary would have appeared. I would greatly appreciate if someone could obtain a copy and send it to me. Please contact me privately. Thanks Elynn Boss bossgen@ev1.net

    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: DECCO Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/JhB.2ACE/4.472.628 Message Board Post: Lillie Henrietta Decco is the complete name of Lou Vina Crow Decco's child. She was not a Lillian. I have recently found that Lillie's father who was named William was born in Ohio ca 1858-59. There is only one family on the census there who had a son named William of that age. The father is Francis Decco, born in France and the mother is Mary, born in Switzerland. All children are born in Ohio which indicates they were in Ohio by 1848, the oldest child being 12 in 1860. Our family tradition says William was Austrian so France and Switzerland are possibly correct I would think. No proof.

Surnames: Bozeman, Delavergne, Williams Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/JhB.2ACE/1052 Message Board Post: I'm having some difficulty with the Cass Co web page of the TxGenWeb project, so I thought I might post here and see if anyone has any info. I'm looking for an ancestor of mine named Emma Williams. She was married to Charles J Delavergne in Milam Co, Tx on 8 Nov 1877. According to the notes that my Aunt left me, Emma was born in 1856 in Texas. A search at Ancestry.com revealed an Emma Williams in the 1850 Census, age 6 born in Texas living in Cass Co, Texas. Her father was John M Williams, age 40, born in Georgia. Her mother is listed only as S, 25, also born in George. A 13 year old sister with the initials M. E. (born in Miss) and a 1 year old brother named J. B. (born in Texas). I'm attempting to identify this family and determine whether or not this is my Emma Williams. If anyone could provide assistance it would be very gratefully appreciated. Tammy STARK Blandino
