She was a native of Pisa Flores, Hidalgo, Mexico, and a Brownsville resident. There will be no local services. Funeral services will be held in Victoria, Tamaulipas. Local arrangements under Garza Memorial Funeral Home, 1025 E. Jackson St., (956) 542-5511. TRINIDAD N. RODRIGUEZ Trinidad N. Rodriguez, 83, passed away on June 5, 2006, in Brownsville, Texas. She was born on August 6, 1922, in Benavides, Texas, to Abram and Leonarda Nava. She was a homemaker and a member of Jehovah's Witnesses. Her husband, Juan C. Rodriguez, and a son, Juan A. Rodriguez, preceded her in death. Survivors include two daughters, Rosario (Sabino) Salinas of Brownsville and Rosaena (Carlos) Rodriguez of Alice; two sons, Abraham (Dalia) Rodriguez of Alice and Jose Abel "Joe" (Lydia) Rodriguez of Alice; one brother, Jose Timoteo Nava of Alice; one daughter-in-law, Manuela Rodriguez of Orange Grove; 18 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and seven great-great-grandchildren. Visitations were held from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, June 6, 2006, and will also be held today, Wednesday, June 7, 2006, from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7:30 p.m. at Holmgreen Morturary Chapel in Alice. Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, June 8, 2006, at the Holmgreen Mortuary Chapel. Burial will follow at the Alice Cemetery. INFANT ADAM TROY CANTU Infant Adam Troy Cantu, 1 year of age, passed away on Sunday, June 4, 2006, at his residence in Brownsville. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Maria De La Cruz Pompa Zambrano. Adam is survived by his loving family; his parents, Ruben Martinez and Maria Irene Zambrano; maternal grandparents Augustin Zambrano and Mary P. Cantu; paternal grandparents Inocencio Martinez and Sandra Martinez; and eight brothers and sisters, Michael Anthony Calvillo, Ashley Monique Calvillo, Jacklin Ieve Irene Cantu, Destiny May Cantu, April Faith Cantu, November Hope Cantu, Fernando Ruben Zambrano and Eve Cruz Cantu, all of Brownsville, Texas. Visitations and a rosary were held on Tuesday, June 6, 2006 at Guerra Chapel of the Holy Family. Date and time for a chapel funeral service and place of interment are pending. Pallbearers will be Juan Zambrano, Augustin Zambrano Jr., Jose Zambrano and Andres Rodriguez.
