Hernandez, 74, passed away Friday, June 23, 2006, at Valley Baptist Medical Center-Brownsville. She was a native and lifelong resident of Brownsville, Texas. Mrs. Hernandez was a member of New Life Center United Pentecostal Church. She will always be remembered as woman that loved God and will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Mrs. Hernandez was preceded in death by her husband, Juan C. Hernandez. She is survived by three daughters, Maria Lourdes Hernandez, Alma Delgado and Maggie (Jacinto) Ulloa; two sons, Juan Her-nandez Jr. and Javier E. (Getzavel) Hernandez; two brothers; one sister and five grandchildren. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. with a prayer service at 7 p.m. today, June 24, 2006.
