Flores, 81, passed away Friday, June 2, 2006, at her residence. She was a native of Chihuahua, Chih., Mexico and had lived in Brownsville most of her life. Mrs. Flores is survived by five sons, Catarino, Francisco Jr., Reyes, Jose and David Flores; a sister, Felicitas Sanchez; eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be held from 2-9 p.m. today, June 5, 2006, at Garza Memorial Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2006, at Bella Vista Christian Church, 2435 Southmost Road. MURO Jose S. Muro, 92, entered into eternal rest on June 1, 2006 at Valley Regional Medical Center surrounded by his family. Mr. Muro is predeceased by his wife, Francisca M. Serrano; son Natanael Serrano and a daughter, Elodia Valencia. His surviving family are, sons Josue (Leonor) Serrano, of Brownsville, Elohim (Karen) Serrano, of Houston and daughters Rahab Kube of North Carolina, Rachel Serrano of Brownsville, Ofelia (Roberto) Ortiz of Tampico, MX, and Grace (Drake) Fenn of San Martin, Calif. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Visitation will begin tomorrow, at 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, June 6, 2006, with a private prayer service for family only at 7 p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Committal service to follow Wednesay, June 7, 2006, for family only.
