THE TOP FIVE International Bank of Commerce recently recognized the academic achievements of the valedictorians for high school in Brownsville. The valedictorians are Robert Baker, from Hanna High School; Alma Cardenas, from Villa Maria; H Sin-Chih, from Port High School; Donald Williams, from Pace; and Jude Benavides from St. Joe Academy.
