Hilaria was born on January 14, 1930 in Brownsville, Texas to Lorenzo and Luz Vasquez Perez. She was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leonardo Rocha; two siblings, Martin Perez and Esperanza Perez Gar-zoria. She is survived by a daughter, Sylvia R. (Albert) Villarreal and a son, Gerardo "Jerry" (Margarita) Rocha both of Brownsville; a brother, Gustavo Perez of Colorado; four sisters, Elida Perez and Rosario P. Solis both of Brownsville, Antonia P. Rangel of Austin, and Mary P. Lopez of Katy, Texas; five grandchildren, Dannell Alvarez, Michael Rocha, Andrew Rocha, Jerry (Julie) Rocha Jr. and Lori Rocha; four great-grandchildren, Briana West, Trevor West, Zoe Rocha and Anthony Rocha. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. with recitation of the holy rosary at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22, 2006 in the chapel of Dar-ling-Mouser Funeral Home. Mass of Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, February 23, 2006 at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church with burial to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
