My Gr-Gr-Grandmother was Mary Freeman of Haywood or Gibson Co., Tenn. I believe her Dad was Alex Freemman, and he migrated to Texas with her and her Husband Silas Edwards, sometime after 1870. They came by way of White Co. Ark. and stayed there a bit before settling in Callahan Co. Tx., where they are both buried. Would love to share info sometime.
