Lewis in Fayetteville,Washington Co Ar. William R. Lewis was my Ancestor's brother. They were the sons of James Lewis and Nancy Reed. I have a lot of information on the family. I grew up in Washington Co. and have been researching the line since 1966. You will fine my Daniel J. Lewis living near your William, in the 1870 census. He died in Burnet.
