Here are a few tidbits to add. In the early 1970,s we had an old lady who was from La.who lived down the road, and everyone said she was a witch. I was determined to talk to her. All the kids in town were scared to go by her house. I rode right up in her driveway, and I will admit, I was scared. She would put knitting needles in her hair, and wore strange clothing. It turned out that she was an amazing and wonderful lady, and I spent many a day visiting with her. Her family did know vodoo though, but she did not practice it.
