G.W. Phinney is my Great(x3) Grandfather from my paternal side. I have the same reference to his death in Texas by Lightning, his head stone, which confirms his birth and death dates. However thats about all I can come up with. However he is where my search has come to an end. Is there any references I could be pointed to that might give light to him having siblings, or his parents?
