She married my great grandfather in Iowa Harrison County Simeon Sims Martin who him and his father travelled there to settle from West Virginia. in 1906 they were given land by Theodore Roosevelt a parcel in Cass Lake, MN (his brother Benjamin Franklin Martin a parcel in WA state. I have searched and searched for information about Agnes and unfortunately I have found nothing. I believe Neff to be a rare surname in those days and there is a Neff surname DNA genealogy test panel for males being conducted. My father will not participate, but he does remember her, but from a distance. They lived a rough life in lumber and survival in those days in the utmost Northern parts of MN and it's harshest of weather. If you ever do find any info., could you please let me me know as well?
