I am not sure which family I am looking for. I was hoping to find a Texas Ranger Captain J.W. Clark. He should have been active somewhere around the late 1860s to early 1890s. Many did not stay long in the Texas Rangers, some did stay for a while or rejoined later. Without an offical document listed with the Texas Ranger Museum, I was hoping someone may know of one, somewhere around these dates. I was hoping I didn't have to go through several different Clark families to find this one. That is looking more unlikely. Thanks again for the reply. If anyone can help please let me know.
