Hi JoAnn, The only firefighter I recognize is Winnie Zimmerman (Winifred Lee Zimmerman, 1916-1969, son of Matt & Emma Bodenhamer-Zimmerman). The only picture I have seen of him is the one you've posted on the Burnet County site: http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~txburnet/ZimmermanWWII.html He was born in Naruna and is buried in the Post Mountain Cemetery. Winnie's uncle was Oscar B. Zimmerman, who served as Burnet County Sheriff, County Judge and School Superintendent. Its great that you are putting the original firemen online.
