John & Cyrils' parents were: Josef Wotipka & Ursula Buchtova. They had two older brothers: Anton Wotipka and Frantisk Wotipka. Claudia Dee Wotipka (DoubleDiamond7@aol.com) compiled a history of this family "Family History and Genealogy of Josef Wotipka and Ursula Buchtova and Descendants". She has quite a bit of information but I have not communicated with her in a couple years. You might try to contact her.
