He was married to Elizabeth (Bettie) ________, who was born ca 1844 in Tennessee. They had the following children: 1. Lemuel GILLIAM, born ca 1862 in TX. 2. Mary GILLIAM, born ca 1866 in TX. 3. Ida GILLIAM, born ca 1868 in TX. 4. May GILLIAM, born ca 1870 in TX. 5. Melvin GILLIAM, born ca 1872 in Burleson Co. He married Ida_______ and eventually settled in OK. 6.
