There are a lot of different Ratliff's, so difficult to know. We do have a lot of Ratliff's off of my husband's line of family. There is a James P. Ratliff born circa 1818 IL who had a daughter, Agnes M. Ratliff. I'm not sure if this coud be who you are looking for or not as I don't have anything beyond that.
