In either case, I have checked for the name of Calvin Wilcoxen and have found that indeed he is listed as serving in Co. G, Burleson County Guards which was raised by Captain John W. Hood. According to author Chance, he was not listed as ever being wounded or captured. Other than listing personnel serving in this company, there is no other information available regarding his name but there are descriptions of battles that transpired during the war. Good luck!
