I am looking for Augustus Wallin who was born 12 May 1842 and married Susannah Nichols 1864 in Rusk Co., TX. According to the family Bible he died 29 Feb 1870. I had hoped your ancestor was Augustus. So far I have not been able to connect him to any other Wallin.
