    2. This is a Message Board Post that is gatewayed to this mailing list. Surnames: Sims Holloway Eubank Rose Chatham Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/rw/EhB.2ACE/1072.1 Message Board Post: Did you ever get any information about Virginia Holloway Sims? I'm sure my father has told me about Virginia Holloway Sims, but I don't remember the details and haven't dug through his papers yet. If you still want any information that I find, let me know. I may be totally wrong, but I think we are still in touch with her line through jointly owned land. I think Rowland is one of the names. At least I know for sure that my Great Aunt Mamie Sims talked about Rowland frequently. Whether or not his last name was Sims or Chatham, I don't know, but that would have been the Hollowy line. Aunt Mamie was J. R. Sims daughter by "Sister" Mary. J. R. Sims was my great-great grandfather by his son's second wife, Margaret Rose (Eubank?) Sims, and my Grandmother Virginia Rose Sims was born in Tunis. We still own land near there although I now live in Virginia, ironically enough, just east of Louisa County. Margaret Rose Eubank Sims' great great grandfather Robert Rose, lived here in Richmond before the Revolution and is the oldest identified ! grave in St. John's Church (that's where Patrick Henry gave his "give me liberty or give me death" speech).
