Adina is located northwest of Lexington on FM 696 (toward Elgin). Turn right on CR 309. Follow the signs, a several 90 degree turns. The church is on your right. Adina Cemetery has several veteran graves and recently was the cemetery of choice of the Craddock Family who were required to relocate their family cemetery off private land which was leased to Alcoa for mining purposes. William B. Craddock was gunned down by outlaws in 1975 following his testimony against their cattle rustling activities in Bastrop County. William was shot in the back on his way home. The oxen drawn wagon pulled into the Craddock yard hours over due. The oxen had brought William's dead body home. The public is invited to the historical marker dedication.
