Smith in Lee County in 1880. Lurana was the youngest child of Elias Stanley and Lurana Smith, his wife. She is the only one we have not been able to find descendants of to add to our Stanley network.

I was just wondering if I could maybe get some help on what to tell my story about. I would really appreciate it. Im a Texan, I love this place and i know there are so many good stories out there about this state. Thanks for your help! Jamie

Back in 1999 I was employment part-time by the Burleson County Auditor's Office and was suppose to relocate to New Mexico so I resigned from my position. I might still be in the position at the auditor's office, however, the move did not work out so for eight months I was unemployed until I applied back at A&M. The pay would not be as much and that's all right, but it would save on gas, I could go home at lunch, and be home by dark in the fall and winter months.
