SPARKS, a rancher, who with his wife Sarah Justiss and their 4 teenage children moved to Brown county, TX in about 1870. They lived about 40 miles from Brownwood where there was a little log courthouse. The nearest Post Office was at Comanche. They left the area sometime before 1896 when they were found in Oklahoma Territory. Childrens' names are: Samuel Nathan Sparks b. 1849, Mary Elizabeth Sparks, WIlliam Isaac Sparks, and my great grandfather, Robert Donald Sparks b. 1854. Hoping to find descendents of these children.
