Denman, 62, of Leesville, La. were to be at 2 p.m. today at Davis-Morris Funeral Home with the Rev. Monte Campbell officiating, Burial was to be in Winchell Cemetery. Mr. Denman died at 9:55 p.m. Friday in a Louisiana hospital following a lengthy illness. Born April 11, 1917 in Winchell, He married Holyce Price in 1945 in Fort Worth. He served 22 years in the United States Army before retiring in 1966. While in the army he served in Germany, where he was a prisoner of war for six months, Japan, Korea and France, He was a member of the Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife: a son, Larry Denman of Seattle, Wash.: A daughter, Mrs. Charlotte Epps of Country Club Hills, Ill.: a brother, Donald Denman of Fort Worth: a sister, Mrs. Ila Sanford of Silsbee: and five grandchildren.
