I am married to a Roberts and I know that my husband's gggrandparents lived in the Byrd store area(Archibald & Nancy (Tharp) Roberts) with their family. I'm not sure of the connection of a Roberts that owned Byrds store. Will have to check that out. Then his ggrandparents moved to southern Brown county-and other places later. His ggrandparents were (L.T.) Thomas & Telitha Ann (Kirkland) Roberts. They were both married before and but have never found any info on that. I do have that Tom & Telitha had 7 children most of who stayed in Brown County. Let's share info and maybe your family will recognize some of the names and can figure out a connection.
