She was born August 23, 1928 in Fairview, Texas to William "Will" T. Swift and Dora Davis. She was a longtime resident of Brownwood, Texas and retired from the 3M Corporation. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and Senior Friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Web Turner, son, Dennis Daley, eleven brothers and sisters, Macy Swift, Mata Swift, Maude Freeman, May Finger, Margaret Fox, Marion Swift, Marvin "Spoke" Swift, Tommy Swift, Max Swift, Rex Swift, and Beak Swift. She is survived by her daughters, Pam Hullum of Brownwood, Texas, Yvonne Duncan of Brownwood, Texas, Candy Daley of Houston, Texas and Debbie Clendennen and husband, Pete of Bastrop, Texas; grandchildren, Flynt Hullum of Corpus Christi, Texas, Gary Hullum of Corpus Christi, Texas, Faith Cox of Brownwood, Texas, Matthew Duncan of Brownwood, Texas, Alison Fritz of Houston, Texas, Lauren Fritz of Houston, Texas, Lindsay Fritz of Houston, Texas, Laden Emerson of Bastrop, Texas, and Marshall Emerson of Bastrop, Texas and numerous great grandchildren. A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, May 4, 2004 at Vinyard Funeral Home Chapel in Floresville, Texas with Bro. Lynn Turnbow officiating. Interment followed in the Fairview Cemetery in Wilson County, Texas. Pallbearers were Flynt Hullum, Gary Hullum, Matthew Duncan, Pete Clendennen, Tony Cox, and Marshall Emerson.
