That is interesting about Beula. I am a Roberts Decendant by blood My grandma was a Roberts. She married Norman Powell My great grandpa was J H Roberts (given name Jason Hamilton, went by Jace). According to the information I can gather from my aunt Tresh (My grandma's daughter) and from Vicki who attended the Roberts family reunion...Jace which people at the reunion recalled to being a cousin and my grandma's to eldest brothers Noble Roberts and Elder Roberts had addended some family functions in the early 1900's. If only I could figure out who J H's parents are. the marriage record vicki sent me doesn't state the parents of either of my great grandparents. My G. Grandma was a Strawn and her family has been traced way back to Scotland and Norway. 1400's or 1500's according to my aunt tresh. But the road block (15 years long) has beeen with the roberts side. Is there any native american ancestery at all with the roberts that you know of? if so where did it start? maybe we can look Downward in the tree to find gaps since backwards is not getting us the info we need. Thanks for the further information.
