Hello, I think that all the genealogy "family" should share whatever information they have access to. Granted, someone receiving this information should always, when possible, make a foot note to show where the information was obtained to give credit to the proper person. There have been so many times since I started researching that I have found something on the internet that would be most helpful to me; but cannot access the information or a person either would not reply to my request for help or outright refused my request for help. I think all should remember the "old golden rule"; "do undo other others as you would like them to do unto you". There are individuals that cannot afford to make trips to research or cannot afford the cost of purchasing cd's, etc. (I fall into this case) and it would be so helpful if people would share information.
