Attention: Darlene Baker: Soloman E. Baker is an ancestor of my granddaughter on her father's side. This Soloman E. Baker was born about 1871 in Wayne County, Tennessee, and died in Brownwood, Brown County, Texas in 1936. We have a photograph of his gravestone in the Blanket Cemetery. His wife was Mary Jane 'Jennie' Conner. The parents of Soloman E. Baker were Robert Watt Baker and Mary Frances Lancaster who are also buried in the Blanket Cemetery.
