I suspect Ancil Roe Ford got his middle name from his mother's side, somehow. She was a Watson before she married John Braud Ford. Really I have nothing that definitively connects him to the Roes, but a lady in the May area had suggested it as a possibility because of the naming pattern back in the day. If you have any information to share, I would be most appreciative. I think the Ben you mentioned may have been a cousin to my line of Fords, but I've not trailed that side, yet.
